In stoppie we believe in being the best for our clients. At this position, you will be dealing with sales requests from the website or messengers. Your goal is to make clients satisfied with their purchases.
You’ll also be a contact point between the logistics department and the end customer.
Our workflow goes through an automated CRM system, so you will need to maintain data accuracy. Also, negotiation with the clients is the key to gaining feedback and improving our offering and service.

- Knowledge of the automotive industry, especially the Japanese car market
- Knowledge of the JDM car market and its specifics
- Understanding of Japanese car culture and merchandise fashion
- Previous experience of working with car communities
- Previous experience in e-commerce
- Fluent in English, other languages can be an advantage
